Church Staff Retreats

Church Staff Working Together for Christ through
Adventure Learning

The objective of the workshop is to aid your staff in clearly defining their future vision and begin the process of laying out a future state action plan to achieve your church goals.

If your church staff has not clearly defined your direction for the future, you can be sure that your competition (Satan) has. The congregation is looking for direction to effectively and efficiently help lead them into the 21st century. The church is looking to define what the future holds and how your church will instruct and lead others to Christ.

Adventure Learning is a series of custom experiences designed to help church staff; deacons and elders not only build your future state but also list the key steps that will make the vision a reality. These objectives include:

  • Better understand and be able to predict how the environmental influences around your church will help to shape your future.
  • Define current trends that will influence the future state plans that your church will need to take.
  • Define key internal church initiatives that are in line with environmental influences and current trends.
  • To challenge the team to look at the evolutionary process of churches and people needs to meet the newly defined church direction.
  • Define the internal and external resources available and necessary to meet the challenges of your followers.
  • Challenge the team to think outside the boxes with custom designed mind-stretching activities to increase the church teams creativity.
  • Challenge the team to use the total range of team resources to solve issues they will face through custom designed learning experiences.
  • Challenge the team to build a current and future state philosophy that will focus on the people, systems and processes to make the transitions necessary to meet your churches needs.
  • Understand and begin to appreciate the individual skills, abilities, and talents that each team member brings with them.
  • Build a series of action plans the will either refine, develop new, discard or maintain systems, processes and people competencies to meet future church goals.
  • Build a strategic plan that revolves around your church and community needs and includes your church initiatives, strategies, action plan, resources, time frames, anticipated costs and return on the investment.
  • Have some team fun and build a more cohesiveness church staff.
